Specific topics covered will be the development of a written program, excavator/contractor responsibilities, one-call center responsibilities, and Pipeline Operator and Facility Owner responsibilities for damage prevention. Inductive and Conductive locating methods are discussed and the procedures for performing each type, color coding for underground facilities marking and their associated utilities is discussed, and the types of media used for public education of damage prevention.
