Upon completion of this module the student will learn about the history of the use of natural gas. The student will learn about the composition and properties of natural gas, learn about the flammable characteristics of natural gas, will learn about monitoring for natural gas leaks and for carbon monoxide. The student will learn about the methods used to increase the safety of natural gas pipelines.
