Description: Each year, an average of between 150 and 200 workers are killed and more than 100,000 are injured as a result of falls at construction sites. Falls are usually complex events that involve a variety of factors. For that reason, OSHA’s fall protection standard deals with both human and equipment related issues for protecting workers from fall hazards. This training will cover systems and procedures designed to prevent you from falling off, onto or through working levels and to protect you from being struck by falling objects.
